Kicking off half-term same as last year; BAFTA’s and Grammy’s
Did this last year, but last year was slightly more exciting because of John and the whole fam just being online for it. I’ve already had a nap so I should be able to last.
BAFTA’s were good but there are a few things; We Need To Talk About Kevin was neglected, as was Michael Fassbender. My poor Fassy :(, his short film won but not Shame itself which is upsetting as it’s also snubbed in the Oscar’s. He is just so pretty! And Gary Oldman. I love Jean from The Artist, but PLEASE GOD let Gary win best actor. That man is a God.
This week I plan on actually doing something, unlike every break I have. I need to do my Eng Lang work (which the first half I submitted 1 minute before the deadline) and my media work (representations of women in pop/country music) is going to be the bane of my existence to be fair.
I’m going to READ! Finally I’m allowed to, cause exams have just stopped me so I’m going to read The Hunger Games again before the movie. Also going to watch some of the movies I got for Christmas, so much to do!
